  • All file types are accepted, please make sure the file uploaded has a transparent background.
  • Resolution should be 300 DPI for maximum image quality almost every image works, just make sure it's visibly not blurry.
  • Every order will be made sure that it meets the basic image requirements and any additional requests that were left while ordering will be followed & enhancements will be made.

Follow these simple instructions for a perfect application:

  • Position and place the transfer onto the garment and place a transfer/parchment paper for the best results.
  • Press the transfer using an heat press or an iron at 320F using medium pressure for 15 seconds.
  • Allow it to cool at least 2-3 minutes and peel from any side. Cold peel option is chosen by default for the best results.
  • There is no need for a repress but it is recommended. So for a repress, simply place the parchment paper again and press 320F for 15 seconds.
  • Wash inside out in cold water
  • Do not bleach
  • Do not dry clean
  • Air dry after washing

Excellent transfers and fast shipping

Love your pricing, the last few larger orders I have had multiple transfers falling apart, stuck to each other etc within the roll as I’m unpacking.
My last order I had to reorder extras to cover the ones that showed up damaged. Some sections of the roll all of the transfers were damaged for a few feet of the roll.

Terrible customer service

I placed my first order recently. Not only was it late and I wasn't notified of why it would be late, but it came flawed. I emailed the company several times and never received a response back to any of my concerns. My order came with a Mark that clearly shouldn't have been on my print. I emailed the company with pictures and no one ever said anything to me. Very disappointed in this company and won't ever be purchasing anything from them again. Save your money...

Great Service and promotions

Thanks for allowing the customer to give feedback and opinions.
First of all I want to say that I’ve been using your service for the last year and a half and I become very comfortable with your product and overall service. I can definitely depend one my artwork coming back within the needed deadline when I load up images to your website.
Your constant promotions really make things affordable in meeting my bottom line with orders.
Your shipping is very reasonable as well compared to another vendor I would use. All of these factors makes you my numbers vendor to use going forward.
I currently have 3 nice size shirt
orders. I’m doing and I've placed 3 separate orders with you right now if you check my order status. The promotions are fantastic during this period!
Only flaw I do have is that my last order placed had about 5 damaged images due to your white coating process over spraying areas of the back making streaks into that ruined my images. This has happened on occasion with light coating that can be scrapped away with a knife but not this time. I have 4 images that I can’t use because its too much surgery need to fix since its running in sections where text is located.
I made a number of images on the gang sheet to the amount of orders I have in. My count is short now because of those damage images.
I can send example of this concern.

I’m in the need of more images again
but going forward I just asked that you do a quality check for your gang sheet images for the over spraying on the back before shipping. Not sure if this issue is common or been addressed but this is important.
This issue is on my last order just sent. (Do the COE Thing)
Thats the only recommendation I can give which is very important and hope this doesn’t happen again.
Also is there a direct number to call and chat directly with someone during your business hours?
